Delivery is to Mainland UK addresses only.
Free delivery on orders over £500 - To claim the free delivery on orders over £500, at the 'Checkout' click on 'Apply Coupon' and then type in Free Delivery
Please note we are unable to deliver to postcodes KW , IV, PA and some parts of PH . Please contact us for details.
We require an up to date contact number for our carrier to make delivery arrangements, otherwise items will not be dispatched. Please check that the contact number given by PayPal is correct & up to date.
All items are boxed brand new. We use a specialist carrier to ensure safe transit for the items. Dispatch will be within 5 working days and delivery up to 10 working days after receiving cleared payment. Delivery is to ground floor only as our carrier is not insured for carrying items upstairs. Boxes require two people for handling.

Please Note: The carrier will deliver between 0700-2200hrs on the day of delivery.
Please check that all items arrive in good condition before signing delivery paperwork. If the packaging is damaged on receipt of the items please write “damaged” on the delivery note and inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect the item itself for any damage caused within the damaged packaging & notify us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we cannot accept any further claims of damage after this time. If you do not check your items before signing the delivery note then a claim cannot be made against our transport carrier. Please also check for any missing parts & notify us within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a charge may be applied for the missing items plus a delivery charge.
Orders will only be delivered to the address which the customer has provided on the order and which PayPal have confirmed and will not be left at the address without a signature. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery addresses cannot be changed from the address confirmed by PayPal as a matter of fraud prevention.
If a date for delivery has been agreed but our carrier is unable to deliver on that agreed date due to the customer being unable to accept delivery then a redelivery charge will be applicable. This cost will be charged to the purchaser.
Unishower strongly advises that you do not book any installers or engage in any preparatory work until items have been received and checked.
Please ensure that all items are checked prior to installation. Any problems should be reported to us either by telephone or by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of items and we will endeavour to resolve any issues. We require photographic evidence for any damage to the items from transit or faults.
Collection of orders in person :
Please contact us in advance to arrange any collection of orders from our warehouse. If you do not, then your items may not be ready to pick up. We do not have a showroom and therefore cannot supply any items without prior notice of at least 6 hours (preferably 1 day prior to collection) in order to prepare paperwork & the order. Please also consider the type of vehicle in which you collect any items as all our screens are boxed and are larger than the actual screen dimensions given on our website. PLEASE NOTE: We can only take cash on collection for any items collected from our warehouse. This is because we do not have the facilities to take card payments & for security as advised by PayPal.

All items to be returned must reach us unopened, unused and in an undamaged condition. (Please read our Terms & Conditions). Returns are only accepted within fourteen days of delivery. A collection cost will be deducted from the refund of any returns.
